xChecker is an online identity verification platform that enables users to verify an individual's identity using a National Identification Number (NIN) or a registered telephone number through authorized identity verification services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities carried out under your account.

4. Identity Verification

Verification results are based on information provided by authorized identity verification sources.

xChecker does not modify, create, or guarantee the accuracy of the information returned.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use xChecker only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Use the service to harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system.
• Use automated tools to overload or abuse the platform.
• Misrepresent your identity.
• Use verification results for unlawful or discriminatory purposes.

6. Payments

Certain services require payment.

Wallet funding is processed through authorized payment providers.

All completed verification transactions are non refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Availability

While we aim to provide uninterrupted service, xChecker may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, third party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, designs, and content relating to xChecker remain the property of CheckMyPeople Limited.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

xChecker provides verification results exactly as received from authorized verification sources.

We are not responsible for decisions made by users based on verification results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific verification giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
